Nano fillers and nano additives have a high significance in the plastics industry. This rapidly expanding field is generating many new materials with novel properties for a wide range of applications. This workshop gives a state-of-the-art of nanocomposites. What are the advantages and challenges for the plastics industry and for future research? What is their effect on recycling?
